Savory tarts recipe
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 package of puff pastry fresh; 2 eggs; 100 grams of Parmesan cheese; 1 cauliflower; 1 package of cream; salt; pepper; oil.
Arrange in the molds for tartlets diameter of about 10 cm baking paper cut to disc diameter of a few centimeters wider than the mold.
Cut the pastry into discs with the aid of a glass and place into molds previously lined with parchment paper.
Separately, cleaned and cut into small pieces 1 cauliflower and put it to boil in salted water for about 15 minutes, then drain and place in a bowl.
Add oil, salt, pepper, 80 grams of parmesan cheese, 2 beaten eggs and the package of cream.
Mix everything and place, with a spoon, the mixture in the molds for tartlets, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan, and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
